We offer our clients the benefits of two firms operating as one integrated unit. Moffat & Co. is our patent and trade-mark agency firm. Macera & Jarzyna is our law and litigation firm. The two share resources, staff, and office space. With over 60 years of combined experience, Macera & Jarzyna and Moffat & Co. ensure that all of our Canadian and international clients receive efficient and effective intellectual property protection and counsel, in Canada and throughout the world.
