The Professional
Eduardo began his IP career in 1996 and recently worked as a member of the worldwide team responsible for protection of the intellectual property development, portfolio management and technology transfer, of the Rhône-Poulenc Group in São Paulo, Brazil.

Eduardo has considerable patent expertise in the fields of engineering production, processes, and applications related to biochemistry, food science, chemical and technological processes. He is a Fellow of the Brazilian Intellectual Property Association and a Fellow of the Brazilian Engineering and Architecture Council. Eduardo is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Agronomic Engineering from the University of São Paulo, Brazil. Diploma evaluated by the International Credential Assessment Service of Canada - Guelph, Ontario
Registered Canadian Patent Agent since 2004
Patent and Trademark Agent in Brazil since 1998

The Person
Eduardo enjoys good conversation and good food with friends and loves to cook on the weekends. He also loves to spend a nice summer day on a sandy beach. Traveling is one of his passions. He is always ready to explore new and exotic destinations. Eduardo is a sports fan and seriously supports his favorite soccer team.
