Sandra emigrated from Ireland and joined the firm in 1988.
Since then, she has been involved in the trademark area of
practice. Sandra is a registered Trademark agent and practices
in all areas of trademark agency, including the preparation and
prosecution of trade-mark applications, and the provision of
opinions relating to registrability of trade-marks.
Qualifications
Registered Trade-mark Agent;
Member of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada (IPIC); and
Member of the European Communities Trade Mark Association (ECTA).
The Person
Sandra remains very close to her Irish roots and frequently
visits Ireland. She is involved in local Irish organizations.
Sandra enjoys hiking and
camping with her family and friends in the summer and also enjoys reading
and getting into mischief with her two young children.
